Your 2009-2010 Board of Directors



Order of Contact for problem resolution:

FIRST - Contact your team Manager, always try & resolve issues at this level first.  Most managers will listen to your concerns and try to address them.

SECOND - Once you have spoken with your manager, if you do not have resolution, contact the Player Agent for your Age Group

THIRD - If you do not get resolution after speaking to your Player Agent, you can contact your Commissioner (both Baseball & Softball have commissioners)

FINAL - If after speaking with all of the above, your concern has not been addressed to your satisfaction, you may submit a letter to the Board of Directors for the league.  Your concerns will be addressed at the next regularly scheduled meeting.  Concerns presented in writing to the board are generally answered in writing.

Please note that we encourage you to use the above "chain of command" in an effort to keep situations from escalating.  Most of the time concerns can be addressed at the team level and most managers are more open that one might think to your concerns.  They are donating their time to your children because they truly enjoy it.
