Board nominations are now being accepted for the 2010 Spring & Fall seasons.
All nominations are completely anonymous through this web-form.
Please consider the following before nominating someone for a position on the DCBA Board:
1) This is an additional commitment to your community. There are 10-15 meeting per year (could be more or less) based on time of the year & upcoming events. As a board member, attendance is expected at each of these meetings so matters can be delt with by all.
2) Each position has additional duties outside of the meetings. Board members are often assigned tasks which require innovative solutions and elbow grease.
3) We need people who have the desire to bring personal action to their idea's.
Please visit the Board Members page to see a list of current Board Positions & then make your nomination through this secure & annonymous web-form. Please provide the name & a contact (phone or email) for the person you are nominating so that we can inform this person of the nomination (you can nominate yourself). Please be considerate when nominating others as this is a big job you are asking them to take on.
** Voting for the 2010 Spring & Fall Board will take place at the Fall 2009 General Meeting **
